Job Opening for Support Analyst
We are looking to add multiple Support Analysts to work with
our implementation team to support existing customers.
Job Functions:
- Application configuration of our Time and Attendance System
- Handle support calls from existing clients, troubleshoot application
issues
- Design reports using Actuate report writing tool
- Convert legacy data for use with our database
- Testing/Quality Assurance work
Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with all types of clients over the phone
- Must work well as a team member and individually
- Strong SQL skills
- Some programming experience utilizing any 4GL language and/or
stored procedures
Desired Skills:
- Background in HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance
- Experience implementing or working with packaged HRMS software
systems, i.e. PeopleSoft,
- Lawson, Oracle, SAP, etc.
- Knowledge of HR & Payroll policies, procedures and systems,
i.e. ADP, Ceridian, Pro Business, etc.
- Familiarity with at least one report writer such as Crystal
Reports, Cognos, Actuate, etc.
- Comfortable working with database servers and Unix operating
systems
