Job Opening for Enterprise Software Sales Representative

Due to five (5) straight years of explosive growth averaging more than 100% per year, WorkForce Software is seeking new Sales Representatives throughout North America. Relocation not required.
Workforce Software develops and implements web-based, enterprise application software for employee time and attendance. Our customers are large organizations who need to manage their workforce with an enterprise class web-based time and attendance system.
Our solution has gained widespread acceptance as an industry-leading product for large organizations wishing to automate their time and attendance processes. The Workforce application is functionally complete and built on the most current web technologies. Significant on-going investment in R&D keeps the product at the leading edge of Time & Attendance applications.
Job functions include:
* Selling our enterprise time and attendance software system to large organizations.
* Managing the entire sales process from prospect generation, qualification, demonstrations, proposals, to closing the sale.
* Aggressive prospecting through cold calling, networking, internet, and various publications.
* Responding to RFIs and RFPs.
* Conducting product demonstrations of our web-based time and attendance system.
* Negotiating final terms and conditions for acquisition of our solution.
Job Requirements:
* Experience selling enterprise level software systems and implementation services (over $100K per sale).
* History of success in sales, evidenced by regularly exceeding sales quotas.
* Must have extensive experience prospecting and developing your own leads.
* Excellent writing skills: You must have experience preparing lengthy proposals and corresponding to customers through e-mail.
* Product demonstration ability: You will frequently conduct product demonstrations both in-person and over the Internet. Experience in demonstrating software is required.
* Strong verbal skills: You must be able to build strong relationships with customers over the phone. Most of the selling process occurs over the phone prior to on-site meetings.

* Background selling time and attendance, HR or payroll software and services is a plus!
Compensation:
Excellent compensation, in the form of a base salary, commissions, and other incentives, is available for candidates who meet requirements. OTE of up to 200K with no caps, or other restrictions, on your earning potential.
